Notice that Mon, Feb 26 and Tue, Feb 27 have completed recaps but Wed, Feb 28 and Thu, Mar 1 don’t? And then Fri, Mar 2 does?
Yeah, that’s because I can’t find the episodes I taped from Wed and Thu. I know that I didn’t tape over them but I can’t find the tape.
I’m also finding it increasingly difficult to recap the shows daily, so I’m thinking of taping all the shows daily on one tape, watching them to be able to give you at least a recaplet, and then writting up the recaps all in one fell swoop over the weekend and the next week. Yeah, I’ll be a week behind, but at least they’ll all be up.
A lot of shows are going on hiatus for a while so I might be able to catch up for a while since there won’t be a lot of tv that I’ll want to watch in the evenings. We’ll see.
Okay. I’ve added categories: February Sweeps, November Sweeps, Not a Recap, August Sweeps, and May Sweeps (August and May Sweeps aren’t showing up because nothing’s posted in those categories yet). If you can think of other categories I can add to help with the reading of the entries, let me know. I’m working on a FAQ and a Who’s Who page so if you’ve got idea for those as well, I’d welcome the input.
So, I’m extremely behind on my GH Recaps. Mainly because of laziness but also because the last couple weeks of November were crazy. I had the work thing get in the way and then Thanksgiving happened and then I was busy again at work because of the month end push so I’ve got the eps for Nov 20-22 to recap and then the eps for Nov 27-30 and Dec 1 to watch and recap.
I had watched the Nov 20-22 recaps so that I would at least have recaplets to put up on my recap site. Well, I watched those episodes and cried my fool eyes out because of the whole Laura thing. I’m now in the midst of watching them again to recap them and again, I’m crying.
*sigh*
I might have to just start fresh on Monday with the recapping and then fill in these days later. Otherwise, I’m never going to get caught back up, especially if I have to keep stopping because I’m crying so much.
I apologize to my one reader out there. I have the recaps for Thursday, November 16 and Friday, November 17 all ready to go but I haven’t had the time to put them on here yet. And I watched Monday-Wednesday of last week but I haven’t even begun to recap those yet. And then I haven’t even watched this week’s episodes yet. One of these days, I will get all caught up. I swear.
I have the recaps for Thursday and Friday all ready to be written up but I’m not in the mood to do it right now.
See, I did a dumb thing. I decided to watch Monday’s, Tuesday’s, and Wednesday’s episodes just to be able to give you a recaplet for them.
Wow. That was a mistake.
I have been crying pretty much non-stop through all the eps because of the Laura and Family scenes. I have no idea how I’ll be able to recap those scenes without becoming a sobbing mess again.
Well, I’ve got some good news and bad news.
The good news is that I’m travelling to another branch this week for some training. As in, I’ll be training someone.
The bad news is that I have to leave on Sunday so that means I won’t have any of the recaps up for this past week (because I haven’t watched any of the shows yet, much less recapped them) or for next week since I won’t be home to watch it and I won’t have internet access.
However, I will have the whole Thanksgiving weekend to watch and recap so that might work.
I know!! I’ve got a week’s worth of GH to watch and then recap! It’s crazy! But I swear it will be done!
I know, I know. You’re waiting for the updates and I haven’t watched a single episode this week.
I’ll try to have at least Monday’s episode up by tonight.
First, I love The General Hospital Wikipedia page. I didn’t realize that the guys who play Max and Milo, brothers on the show, are brothers in real life.
Second, Nathan and I were coming home from the USC/Downtown area today and it was a really nice day out and we happened to be driving past County USC Hospital (aka General Hospital) so I rolled down the window and took several snaps of the building. This is the one that came out best.
