Recaplet for Tuesday, April 24, 2007:

• Lulu and Spinelli decide to tell Carly about Jason’s baby but each one ends up not doing it.
• Carly freaks out when she finds out that Jason left town.
• Lulu ends up having Dillon, Milo, and Spinelli as her dates to Carly’s wedding.
• Jerry/CJC (Crap. Now I’m going to have to come up with a new name for him. I refuse to call him Jerry.) talks on the phone with Lady Jane (and doesn’t seem to notice the fact that he no longer has an Australian accent) and refuses to come to Jax’s wedding.
• Nikolas eavesdrops on the conversation and starts to get some insight about Jerry/CJC. Why does Jerry/CJC still have blood on his head from the fight yesterday? I assume he’s showered and gone to sleep.
• Emily confronts Patrick, Robin and Nikolas (all separately) about what’s going on after she catches Robin and Patrick kissing.
• Amelia 2.0 challenges Sam’s relationship with Jason.

Everyday Heroes Set
The Voice of God tells us that a new actress is playing the role of Amelia temporarily. I shall dub her Amelia 2.0. Amelia 2.0 is looking at the picture of Bill and Angela Monroe and flashbacking to Sam shooting TWBT #2. Sam comes up and asks if that’s a picture of her. Amelia 2.0 says that she’s just getting bits and pieces together to do damage control for last night. Sam apologizes and worries that Amelia 2.0 was scared. Amelia 2.0 says that the gunmen’s dispute was with Jason. The incident is over and the production is still going on. Sam wants to know what’s on the schedule for today. Amelia 2.0 goes through the run-down. Upon hearing that one of the segments is about car accidents, Sam asks if they can hold off on that. Jason’s on the road right now and Sam doesn’t want to think about car accidents. Amelia 2.0 teases Sam about being superstitious. Sam isn’t but she didn’t get to talk to Jason last night since he left. Amelia 2.0 tells Sam that Jason did her a favor by leaving.

Rice Manor
Jax and Carly are there, checking out the place. Carly loves it. It’s perfect. Jax says that to make it perfect, there’s one more element that needs to be in place. He whips out his cell phone to call CJC/Jerry.

Wyndemere – Study
CJC/Jerry bids Robin and Nikolas a good morning. He asks Robin how things went at GH. Robin says that they went fine. Patrick treated her abysmally. CJC/Jerry is glad. His phone rings. He ignores it.

Rice Manor
Jax leaves a message for CJC/Jerry. Jax tells him that he expects him to be at his wedding. Carly wonders why CJC/Jerry needs to be at the wedding. Jax says that it’s partly CJC/Jerry’s fault that they didn’t get married on NYE. Carly says that sometimes things happen for a reason. Sonny felt like unfinished business and after the McHostage crisis, he finally let go.

GH – 10th Floor Nurses’ Station
Emily asks Patrick if he has a minute. He tells her that she can observe the Cronson surgery. She thanks him but says that her question is personal. That gets his attention. She asks if he’s back with Robin. Patrick non-answers the question by saying that he’s brought his personal problems to work. Emily says that it would help to her know where she stands with Nikolas if Patrick would tell her what’s going on. Before Patrick can answer, Noah comes up and is ranting against Russell. He wants to know if they’ll back him in his fight against Russell. Emily points out that she’s an intern and not in any position to fight senior staff. Russell comes to the nurses’ station. Noah is angry about Russell’s decision to turn away patient’s without health care. Russell says that GH needs to stay solvent.

Penthouse
Lulu comes in. Spinelli is glad she’s there. Lulu says he has to make it quick because she’s meeting Carly at Rice Manor. Spinelli says it’s fate then. Carly is Jason’s BFF so Spinelli wants to tell her about the Baby. Lulu says that Jason doesn’t want Carly to know. Spinelli says that Jason took off last night, leaving only a note. Lulu says that’s rude, but not alarming. Spinelli talks about Jason’s silent torture. Lulu tells him to quit being so melodramatic. Spinelli says that it’s their turn to protect Jason. Lulu admits that Carly would want to help. Spinelli asks Lulu to tell Carly.

Wyndemere – Study
CJC/Jerry asks why Robin is staring at him. Robin says it’s hard to imagine him with a personal life. CJC/Jerry says that it will be problematic now that he’s changing identities. Nikolas tells her about his new status as a London resident. Robin says good for him and suggests he actually go to London. CJC/Jerry yells at her to learn to take no for an answer. She leaves. Nikolas hopes that whatever CJC/Jerry’s objective is, it’s worth the risk because the longer he stays in Port Charles, the better this chances of winding up dead.

GH – 10th Floor Nurses’ Station
Russell says that companies like MedCam are leveraging for a buyout and GH needs to be able to fight them. Russell and Noah argue about patient care. Monica gets into the mix. Robin walks in. Russell says something snide about Alan’s administration skills and then leaves. Noah apologizes. Monica says that the things about Alan were hurtful but Russell does bring up some good points. Noah leaves. Emily comforts Monica. Robin asks Patrick what went down. He tells her and then says that Emily is asking questions about them.

Everyday Heroes Set
Sam says that Jason’s keeping his distance to keep her safe. Amelia 2.0 points out that the gunmen weren’t after them. They were after Jason. Sam asks if she’s supposed to quit the show and lock herself away? Amelia 2.0 tells her to quit Jason. Sam says that she can take care of herself. Amelia 2.0 tells Sam to be realistic. Sam doesn’t need the public embarrassment of a gangster for a boyfriend. Sam says she’ll talk to Jason. Amelia 2.0 tells Sam that he can’t guarantee anything and that Sam should be rid of him. Sam says that if Amelia 2.0 makes her choose, she’ll choose Jason. Amelia 2.0 is sorry that Sam doesn’t feel better about herself. Sam’s poised to have a career and she seems willing to throw it away for a boyfriend. Sam says that if Amelia 2.0 makes her choose, then yes. Sam loves Jason and she doesn’t appreciate the implication that he’s no good for her. Amelia 2.0 says that a gangster boyfriend isn’t ideal for a tv personality, but if Sam can make it work, more power to her.

Rice Manor
Carly and Jax discuss CJC/Jerry. Carly calls him a criminal, but she knows that Jerry is his brother and he loves him. And what are Jason and Sonny? Choir boys? Jerry was less of a criminal than Sonny is. She understands if he wants to postpone. Jax says no way. They’re getting married on Friday, no matter what. They kiss. Lulu comes in and is looking around. Carly notices her and asks what she thinks about the place. Lulu jokes that it’s pretty shabby but if it’s what they can afford, she’s fine with it. Jax seems very uncomfortable and he leaves to let them do wedding stuff. Lulu wants to talk to Carly. She says that she was talking with Spinelli. Carly interrupts and says he wants to talk to Lulu about Spinelli. Carly is inviting Milo and wonders if Milo is going to be her date. Lulu says it wouldn’t be fair to Dillon or Spinell. Carly asks if Lulu wants her to invite them as well. Lulu asks why she even needs a date. Carly asks if she’s hit a nerve. Lulu says that the 3ooges are competing over her and she likes them as friends but they’re not getting that. Carly wonders if it’s possible that Lulu’s not allowing herself to feel more than friendship. Lulu doesn’t say anything. Bobbie comes in to help with the wedding stuff. Lulu has to go. Bobbie asks Carly if she really wants to marry Jax. Carly asks Bobbie who she thinks she should marry. Bobbie wants her to marry whoever makes her happy. Carly says she is. Sonny will always have a place in her life but she has no doubts that Jax is the man for her.

McLobby
Maxie is sad that today is 3oop’s last day. 3oop tells her that he’s just joining the PCPD, not moving to another country. He sees Max and leaves to go talk to him. Max says he never liked 3oop so he should do what he’s told or else. 3oop says he’s clear on the plan. He says that he survived Iraq so he can survive Sonny et. al.

McRestaurant
Luke tells Tracy the next round is on him. Tracy says that’s how all her troubles started. She let him buy her a drink in Vegas and the next thing she knows, they’re married. She is a pathetic shell of her former self. Luke says that self pity doesn’t become her. Tracy tells him that every time he opens his mouth, he digs a deeper hole. Luke says that he was trying to compliment her. Tracy says she should’ve never have fallen in love with him. She demands another drink from the bartender, “Sandy, Frankie, whatever the hell your name is.” Luke orders 3 for him.

McLobby
Logan walks in. Maxie comments that a uniform that looks so good on 3oop doesn’t look so good on Logan. Logan isn’t sure whether he doesn’t fit the job or the jacket just doesn’t fit him. Maxie wonders why anyone would trust him to keep them safe. Logan says it beats him. He doesn’t “do” safe.

GH – Doctor’s Locker Room
Emily asks Robin if she’s back with Patrick. Robin won’t talk. Emily says she saw Robin and Patrick kissing. Robin says that Patrick kissed her and Emily misinterpreted it. Emily doesn’t accept that. Robin tells her to drop it and leaves.

Not Starbucks – Café
Lulu tries to talk to Milo about Carly’s wedding. Milo misinterprets her talk and thinks she’s asking him to be her date. Dillon comes in (Dude, is he stalking Lulu? He shows up wherever she is. Dillon’s kinda crossing the line into creepy.) and says that if Milo goes as her date, it counts as his date. Lulu tries to explain that it’s her cousin’s wedding. Dillon says that means he should go since he’s family. Again, creepy. And eww. Lulu’s all “oy.” Milo and Dillon argue. Lulu sits down. Finally, she’s had all she can take and jumps up. She tells them that if they’re going to fight over her, she’s bringing Spinelli as well. Dillon and Milo object to Spinelli. Lulu says it’s the 3 of them or none of them. She leaves.

McRestaurant
Tracy wonders why Luke couldn’t have found another way to rob her blind without resorting to matrimony. Luke says he had his own demons back then. Tracy says he’s hot when he whines. Luke says he expected a nice fact alimony check. Who knew it would blossom? Tracy jokes “And they said it wouldn’t last.” Luke says that marrying her was the smartest thing he did.

McLobby
3oop is explaining the job to Logan. Logan gets it. 3oop tells him to pay attention since this is his job. Logan says it won’t be for long. He’s got stuff on the horizon. Lady Jane comes in looking for Jax. 3oop goes to check the front desk. Maxie tells Logan to take notes because 3oop knows how to treat the clientele. Logan says he’s a guard, not a babysitter.

Jax comes in and greets Lady Jane. They talk about Carly and then about CJC/Jerry. Jax tells her to call CJC/Jerry and guilt him into coming.

Wyndemere – Study
CJC/Jerry is on the phone. He’s speaking French. I can’t make out what he’s saying at first so I can’t translate, but the 2nd part, he’s telling the person to give him the name of the company. When his cell phone rings, he tells the person he has to go and that he’ll call back later. He takes the call from Lady Jane. She tells him to come to the wedding. CJC/Jerry says that it won’t be Jax’s last marriage. Nikolas eavesdrops. CJC/Jerry says he can’t make it since he’s in the middle of a business deal. Lady Jane tells him the least he can do is show up considering that Jax dropped everything to come bail him out. CJC/Jerry sees Nikolas and ends the call. He tells Nikolas that eavesdropping is a bad habit. Nikolas says it took him a moment to realize it was him on the phone because he didn’t sound like a sociopath. CJC/Jerry says he has to be adaptable. Nikolas says the call sounded personal. CJC/Jerry tells Nikolas to mind his business and then leaves.

Penthouse
Carly brings over a tux for Jason. Spinelli, thinking that Lulu has told Carly about The Baby, is looking for her advice. Carly, thinking that Spinelli is talking about dating Lulu, is giving advice. Carly then asks what the whole Valkyrie thing is. Spinelli says it’s a compliment. Carly’s all “Yeah. Not sure I want to be associated with a breast plate and a horned hat.” Spinelli’s all “but it’s hot.” He tells her that she can anger Jason and walk away unscathed. Carly’s all “fine. whatever.” She brings the discussion back to Lulu. Carly spoke with Lulu and she knows what to do. Spinelli is glad that Lulu can help Jason. Carly doesn’t get why Lulu would talk to Jason about bringing a date to the wedding. Spinelli, realizing that Carly doesn’t know, is all “oh right. date to wedding.” Carly asks if there is something she’s supposed to know about Jason.

McLobby
Logan checks in with 3oop. 3oop jokes that Logan’s got the job down pat. Logan says it’s kindergarten play since Iraq. Except Logan pronounces it “kin-dee-garden” which makes him sound like a goober. 3oop reminds Logan that he kept busy with side schemes in Iraq and he can’t do that here. Logan tells 3oop she’s got no ambition. 3oop says he’s joining the PCPD. Logan says he can’t figure that out. In all the time he’s know 3oop, Logan has never heard 3oop mention wanting to be a cop. 3oop says that he’s growing up. Logan walks off. 3oop tells Max he’s leaving. Max tells 3oop to do a good job and walks away. Maxie tells 3oop she got the rest of the afternoon off so that they can celebrate. He asks what they should do. She says they’ll make it up as they go along. They leave. Logan watches them go. Max tells him to watch the lobby. Logan says he knows what to do. Max tells Logan to can the attitude. He’s the boss. Logan says that Sonny Corinthos got him this job and it won’t be long before he’s hired into the organization. Max smirks.

Sam is taping her segments. AArun comments on how Sam is really selling it. Amelia 2.0 says that Sam loves being a star, just like she knew she would be.

Wyndemere – Study
Nikolas is holding Spencer when Emily comes in. He tells her she can’t be there. Emily says that she is there and she wants the truth. Nikolas tells her to leave and goes to put Spencer down for a nap. She’s still there when he gets back. Nikolas tells her she can’t be there. Emily says that Robin and Patrick seem to be back together. Nikolas tells her to shut up about that. Emily asks what he’s trying to protect her from.

Penthouse
Carly tells Spinelli that Jason is her best friend so she needs to know. Spinelli tells her that Jason is having daddy issues (which isn’t entirely untrue so nice cover). Carly knows that he had Alan problems but it was Alan’s problem not Jason’s. Carly tells Spinelli not to let her get started. Lulu comes in and asks what’s getting started. Spienlli says that Jason was having issues with Alan. Carly says the best thing to do is not to push Jason and to distract him, which is what she’s doing. She tells Spinelli to have Jason try on the tux and call her. Spinelli says he will when Jason returns. Carly’s all “exsqueeze me? what do you mean ‘return?’ ” Spinelli says Jason took off for the open road. Carly freaks out and say that she can’t get married without Jason.

Rice Manor
Jax and Lady Jane are checking out the place. Jax says that nothing’s going to stand in his way of marrying Carly. He wishes Dad could be there. Lady Jane says he will be in spirit. She says that John being gone is why CJC/Jerry should be there. Jax says that he’s sure CJC/Jerry is wishing him well, wherever he is. CJC/Jerry is eavesdropping outside.
