Recaplet for Thursday, March 29, 2007:
Maxie wants Logan to get close to Lulu to help them with the blackmail scheme.
Amelia gets info on 2 other of Sam’s aliases: Susan Curtis and Linda Powell.
Skye and Alcazar show up at the McHotel and Carly kicks them out.

Wyndemere – Study
Patrick tells Nikolas that he knows Robin and she wouldn’t make a move like this out of the blue. Nikolas says that it was Robin’s choice. Patrick says he’s not leaving until Nikolas tells him the truth. Nikolas tells Patrick that he’s making it seem tawdry but it’s not. Nikolas doesn’t have an obsession with Robin and this really should be a conversation between the 2 of them. Patrick says that he’s committed to Robin and he’s having trouble believing that Robin suddenly gave her heart to Nikolas. Robin comes in and tells Patrick that he can’t be there.

Penthouse
Amelia apologizes for seeming like she’s there all the time but she forgot to prep Sam for the press junket. Amelia offers Jason the chance to see Sam in action, but he declines. Sam says she’d be too nervous with him there anyways. He leaves. Amelia tells Sam it’s probably best if Jason isn’t there anyways since she’s done her research and she knows what he does for a living. Sam states that he’s a coffee importer. Amelia’s all “right.” She compliments the Penthouse décor. Sam says it was like that when she moved in. They discuss how Jason and Sam met, how he has enough money to keep her financially secure, etc. Sam says she’s not with him for the money. Amelia says that this new gig will provide Sam with her own money.

McLobby
Alcazar’s on the phone telling someone to make sure that no one knows he’s involved. Skye comes in to meet him for lunch at McRestaurant. Carly sees them, comes storming over, and tells them both to get out. Carly blames them both for the McHostage crisis. Skye says that her ex-husband owns this hotel. Carly doesn’t see Jax there to support her so get out. Skye says Sonny started it by trying to kill Alcazar. Carly says Alcazar deserved it. Skye points out that Carly was once married to Alcazar. Doesn’t she have any compassion? Carly again says he deserves his pain. Skye says she kept quiet about the briefcase. Carly was the one who killed Alan by destroying AJ and keeping his grandson away from him. Carly says she doesn’t have blood on her hands, like Skye does.

Not Starbucks – Office & Elm Street Pier
Sonny tells 3oop that Ric’s goal is to take him down and he’s getting a little too close for comfort. 3oop’s job will be to get inside the PCPD, get on Rick’s task force, and keep Sonny informed. He says that if this all goes off without a hitch, he’ll make it worth 3oop’s while but after this, they can’t meet again. All communications will go through the secure cell phone or Max. Won’t it look suspicious if 3oop’s talking to Max, a known associate of Sonny’s? Ric is in for a rude awakening.

Ric tells a mysterious someone that Sonny is too powerful and it upsets the balance. All MysteryPerson has to do is provide Ric with the info to break up Sonny’s organization. MysteryPerson is . . . Cruz! Ric says that everyone knows they don’t get along. They can stage a fight, Ric can kick him off the PCPD. Sonny loves when cops go bad. Cruz thinks Sonny will never go for it. Ric disagrees. Sonny’s arrogant enough. Cruz won’t do it. It’s really hard to tell the heroes from the bad guys in this town. He tells Ric to get someone else. Speculation as to who the someone else is? Logan? Stan?

Kelly’s Diner
Lulu comes in and goes to sit at the counter. Logan and Maxie are sitting at a table. Maxie says that Scotty got the demand so they need to make sure Lulu isn’t in sight on Friday. Logan wonders how they’ll do that. Maxie tells him to go ask her. Logan points out that Lulu saw them sitting together. Maxie says she’ll take care of it. She then throws water on Logan and picks a fight. She leaves. Logan goes to the counter for napkins and warns Lulu not to give him attitude either. She says that if Maxie hates him, he must be a semi-decent guy. Logan wonders what Maxie’s problems is anyways. Maxie wonders how much time he’s got. Spinelli walks in while they’re talking, sees them, and walks back out. Logan wonders what Maxie did. Lulu gives him a summary. He doesn’t buy that Lulu’s a good girl. Lulu says she never said she was. He wonders why she passes judgment then. Lulu tells him that he asked. He asks about her boyfriends. She tells him about the 3ooges. Logan guess that she’ll never be lonely for company on a Friday night then.
Outside, Maxie is looking in when 3oop comes up behind her. She asks if Logan can be trusted. 3oop says that a girl will never come between Logan and money. Maxie wants to keep an eye on him, just in case. They go inside.

Not Starbucks – Office
Spinelli comes in, needing Jason’s help. He and Milo share a passing verbal sparring. “Game on Giambetti.” “Game on Spinelli.” Jason is wise in all things and he’s a chick magnet. Jason wants to know what this had to do with Spinelli and Lulu. Spinelli needs Jason’s secret for being a chick magnet. For one thing, he brushes his hair. For another thing, he doesn’t smoke pot. Spinelli has a lucid moment of clarity. He may rule in cyberspace but he knows that some people in reality mock him. Jason tells him to listen. Women like to talk a lot and half of what they’re saying doesn’t make sense but they like for their man to listen. Spinelli thanks Jason and goes to hug him. Jason: “What did I tell you about touching me?” Spinelli apologizes and tells Jason that he’ll remember his kindness with the Fair Lulu is his. Jason smiles, in spite of himself, and leaves.

Wyndemere -Study
Patrick tells robin he thought they trusted each other. Robin says that Patrick has no right to drag Nikolas into it. Patrick refuses to believe that everything they said to each other was a lie. Robin: “If you can’t accept that I’m doing what I need to do and if you’re going to be like this over a housing arrangement, well then, there’s nothing left to say.” Patrick’s done. He leaves. Robin cries. CJC commends her performance.

McLobby
Skye says she’ll sue for slander and Carly’s all “whatevah biotch.” She tells Skye that she’ll have to sue her for assault if they don’t leave. Skye calls Carly a heartless witch. Alcazar fakes a headache. Skye blames Carly and calls her a miserable shrew. Carly calls her a miserable murdering bitch. Skye reaches back to slap Carly, Sonny grabs Skye’s arm, and Alcazar grabs Sonny. Everyone looks at Alcazar, for reacting so fast. The best part of that was that when Skye raised her hand, Carly stepped closer to Skye, like she was ready for Skye to hit her first so she could kick her ass. I don’t like Carly but I have no doubt that she could break Skye like a twig.

Kelly’s Diner
Maxie is watching Logan and Lulu. She comments that Logan is probably gearing up to double cross her. 3oop tries to persuade her to give up the blackmail scheme then. Maxie says that she always finishes what she starts especially when money is involved. She goes up to the counter to pay and makes a snarky comment about the two losers together. She and 3oop leave. Lulu comments that Maxie’s in love so all’s right in her world. Logan comments about Lulu’s 3ooges. Lulu says that she cares about them. Maxie, on the other hand, is a user and has no conscience. She doesn’t care who she hurts. Logan jokes that there’s help for Lulu yet and that she’d do well with a steady boyfriend. She hopes that wasn’t his lame way of asking her out. He says no. She’s got her hands full and he doesn’t like waiting. He leaves.

Kelly’s Diner – Outside
Alexis runs into Patrick and asks how things went. Patrick says that Robin is staying with Nikolas. Alexis tells Patrick that Nikolas loves Emily so if this is some sort of rebound thing, it won’t last. Patrick says he’s not going to wait around to find out.

Wyndemere – Study
Nikolas assures Robin that she’ll be able to fix things with Patrick. CJC says that he doubts it since Patrick’s got an ego. Nikolas tells him to shut up. CJC is glad she kept the secret because he wasn’t in the mood to shoot anyone today. Robin wonders why this is fun for him. CJC says his day job is boring. Plus, this whole charade strengthens his conviction that they should embark on a public love affair. Nikolas won’t fake a romance. CJC says that there are 2 jilted lovers wondering what happened and if they try to solve the mystery, it will complicate matters. A love affair is the answer. Robin says that the people who know them won’t believe it. CJC tells him to put their backs into it and there won’t be a problem. Unless Robin would rather Patrick be put out of his misery.

McLobby
Skye comments that Sonny manhandles women now. Sonny comments on Alcazar’s sudden sharp reflexes. Alcazar tells Sonny not to threaten Skye. Sonny says that she was about to strike Carly. Skye calls their marriage a farce. Sonny tells them to get out or they’ll call security. They leave. Carly is still pissed. Sonny tells her not to engage in any more public displays with them. Carly wants to know if there’s real danger. Sonny says that Skye thinks she can run Alcazar’s business but doesn’t realize that being a woman wont’ protect her. He wants Carly to stay away for her own safety. She says that his business doesn’t affect her since she’s not in his life. Jax sees the 2 of them huddled together. He walks out. Carly sees him and tells Sonny to take care of his business and she’ll take care of hers.

Meanwhile, Maxie is talking to 3oop and asks him if he’s really serious about joining the PCPD. He is. She says she and Georgie used to play hangman on the backs of the tests growing up so she can get him the test no problem. He tells her that she’s a dream come true. Maxie says she’s believes in him.

Elm Street Pier
Alcazar says he feels useless. Skye says she won’t let him beat himself up. She sees Ric and asks why Sonny’s not in jail. Ric tells her that the next time Alcazar tries to kill Sonny, he shouldn’t miss and he shouldn’t leave a witness behind who could turn state’s evidence. Ric tells Skye she’s mistaken if she thinks she can run his business with any success. Skye feigns ignorance. She’s just a stay at home mom, blah blah blah. Ric tells Alcazar he’s either very lucky to have a woman like Skye on his side or he’s a cold blooded snake for hiding behind a mown. Ric leaves. Skye says she’s got an appointment to go to so she trusts Alcazar to get home on his own. She leaves. A few moments later, he leaves as well.

Not Starbucks – Office
Jason tells Sonny that their coffee shipment was held up in Customs. Sonny says this is Ric at his best. He tells Jason about the run-in at McHotel with Skye and Alcazar. Jason wonders how long it will be until the 3oop kid is in with the PCPD. Sonny says it’ll be a while. Jason wonders if they should shut down ops for a while. Sonny says no way. If they do, Ric wins and Alcazar gets stronger.

McLobby
Maxie tells 3oop she’ll help him on one condition: he has to tell her the truth. 3oop says he told her. Maxie’s not buying it. She says it would make sense except he’s got this big secret that could endanger his life. 3oop says he has to do it. Maxie wonders if it’s his guilty conscience. One day he’ll feel bad enough from all the guilt that he’ll put himself in the line of fire. 3oop starts to promise that won’t happen but Maxie cuts him off. “Don’t promise me you won’t die. Everyone dies. Cops just die sooner.” 3oop says this is the best option for him. Maxie pouts but says fine. 3oop pleads with her not to be mad because he really needs her support on this. Maxie says that since he’s her only friend, of course she’ll support him.

Kelly’s Diner – Outside
Jax runs into Alexis. He asks if he can take her anywhere. She says no. Carly sees them and hide. Alexis thinks Jax should tell Carly the truth and then dump her for jumping to conclusions. She leaves. Carly is mad. She comes out and berates Jax for letting her think that he and Alexis slept together. Jax says her jealousy proves that she loves him.

McLobby
Amelia asks if Sam’s nervous. Sam says no, but Amelia points to the piece of paper crumpled in her hand. Sam’s busted. She’s terrified. The press conference starts and Sam blah blah blah’s. Amelia’s assistant gives her the photo of a girl named Susan Curtis, who looks just like Sam.

Elm Street Pier
Jason meets Skye. She thanks him for meeting with her. She uses the Alan card and asks Jason to keep Sonny off her back.

Not Starbucks – Office
Milo frisks Alcazar and then announces him to Sonny. Alcazar wants Sonny to leave Skye alone or else he’ll make Sonny pay when Alcazar is recovered. Sonny asks if he’s supposed to buy the act.

GH – 10th Floor Nurses’ Station
Kelly says she heard a rumor that Robin is living with Nikolas. Patrick tells her she’ll have to ask Robin. Kelly doesn’t believe it. Patrick says that apparently, Robin wasn’t ready for commitment. However, on the bright side, he’s available for dinner that evening.

Wyndemere – Study
Alexis walks in and catches Robin and Nikolas “making out.”
