Recaplet for Monday, February 19, 2007:
Alan’s awake and asking for his kids.
Robin’s in the hospital.
Those that have survived the blast so far: Maxie, 3, Sonny, Carly, CJC, Max, Spinelli, Elizabeth, Jason, Sam, Nikolas, and Emily.
Missing and/or presumed dead: Lulu, Fr. Ruiz, 6 and other henchmen (although you do see someone being carried out on a stretcher).

The first 5 minutes is a slow pan over all the debris and bodies in the Metro Court Lobby, interspersed with flashbacks of the last 16 hours.

Metro Court – Outside
Nikolas is lying on the ground, dazed from the blast. He sits up, starts crawling towards the hotel, and calls out Emily’s name.

Luke is frantic, yelling at Alexis to find him a way out of the handcuffs. Alexis runs off to find a cop.

GH – Alan’s Room
Monica tells Alan that he had surgery but that he’s okay now. She tells him that Edward and Tracy have been to see him. He jokes that Tracy doesn’t scare easily so Monica must be lying. He says he wants to see his kids: AJ, Jason, Emily, and Skye. Monica tells him he will soon. Tracy comes by to tell Monica about the explosion.

Metro Court – Lobby
Lucky’s calling out for both Elizabeth and Lulu.

Sonny wakes up and removes debris that’s on him. He finds an unconscious Carly and tells her to wake up. She weakly tells him to stop yelling at her. They hug.

Maxie and 3 are okay. Maxie notices all the cops and firefighters and tells 3 to hurry up and take off his mask and clothes. He does but says that other hostages will know that he wasn’t one of them. She says it doesn’t matter. Right now, this is his best chance of getting away.

Metro Court – Outside
Luke is completely losing it, trying to get free and begging anyone to let him free.

Lucky’s inside, calling out for Elizabeth and Lulu. He sees Emily and calls for medical attention.

Nikolas is trying to get into the building but he’s being restrained by the cops. Alexis and Sam hug. Mac tells Nikolas that the professionals are in the building, rescuing people. Nikolas starts screaming that Mac owes him for getting Robin out. Ric is the voice of reason (Uh-oh! The world’s gonna end!) and tells Nikolas that he could get hurt if he goes back in and where would that leave Emily and his son?

Patrick brings Robin to the triage are and has Epiphany help him tend to her.

Metro Court – Elevator
Elizabeth thinks one of the gunmen has her, but Jason takes off his mask. She’s relieved it’s him. They hug. He asks if she’s okay. She says she’s fine. He asks about the baby. The baby’s okay. He tries the phone in the elevator but it’s dead. Elizabeth asks where they are. He thinks the elevator fell to the basement. They’ll have to wait for someone to get them.

Metro Court – Lobby
CJC is trapped under some debris with the case. He resets the timer on the case and then starts to dig himself out from under the debris.

Sonny and Carly get up and start to walk out. Carly finds a gun and gives it to Sonny. She asks about Lulu and Jason. Sonny says they have to get out of there. They start to make their way through the lobby.

CJC gets out from under the debris and grabs the case. He sees 6, who weakly asks for his help. He callously says he’s late and starts to leave only to be confronted by Sonny and Carly. Sonny shoots CJC. Meanwhile, there are all kinds of people walking through the background. You’d think someone would notice a FLIPPIN’ GUN BEING FIRED, right!?

Maxie tells 3 to just tell the cops that he’s disoriented because of the blast and then he can sneak away without anyone noticing him. 3 asks why she’d help him. She says it’s because he didn’t shoot her in the vault and because she knows what it’s like to mess up. The firefighters help them out.

GH – Alan’s Room
Monica tells Alan that the hostage situation is over and that everyone will come see him as soon as they can. Alan says he was dreaming about his mother and how she told him it wasn’t his time yet. He realizes that AJ is dead but wonders why Jason never came to rescue them. I’m sitting here at work, typing this up and I’m tearing up. It’s a good thing I sit up in an area where no one can witness this.

GH – ER
Patrick and the paramedics wheel Robin into the ER. Kelly is there. Patrick starts barking orders. Robin regains consciousness long enough to tease him about never saying please.

Metro Court – Outside
Luke is still ‘cuffed to the pipe. Dillon and Georgie get recruited to help Epiphany out. Luke appeals to Dillon to help him out. Dillon notices a cop (and his keys) on a gurney and swipes the keys for Luke. Georgie gets pissed off because no one’s going in there to look for Maxie. You know what? Georgie is slowing starting to get on my last nerve. She’s turned into this nagging fishwife.

Lucky comes out of the hotel to tell Nikolas that the EMTs found Emily and that they’re bring her out. Nikolas sees her, rushes over to her and they hug and kiss.

Max comes out and Milo is there to greet him. Max wants Milo to go in and look for Sonny and Carly but Milo tells Max to shut up, he’s staying with him.

Skye (bitch) asks Ric (bastard) if CJC’s been found.

Luke sneaks in to the lobby while Mac is occupied hugging Maxie and Georgie. Maxie watches as 3 sneaks off, looking back only once to see Maxie being hugged by her family. I hope that’s the last we’ll see of 3. Yeah, he was kinda cute but I don’t think he’s right for Maxie. She really needs a guy who: a) isn’t a criminal or a cop; and b) won’t put up with her bullshit. I think 3 was a little too easy for her to win over.

Metro Court – Lobby
Carly grabs the case and Sonny tells her that they need to get out. CJC stands up. Sonny realizes he was wearing a bullet proof vest. CJC says he takes precautions. He and Sonny have guns drawn. CJC wants the case.

Spinelli is being helped out by some firefighters when he notices a beam down. He mentions that it’s a support beam when the roof collapses.

Debris falls on top of Spinelli, the firefighters, CJC, and Sonny and Carly.

GH – ER Cube 3
Patrick and Robin are talking. Robin’s glad to be out of the lobby. She thanks Patrick for saving her life.

Metro Court – Elevator
I could make some sort of Trapped in the Closet/R. Kelly/South Park joke here about Jason and Elizabeth being trapped in the elevator, but I think I’ll leave that up to you.
Elizabeth is worried that she didn’t draw up a will. She wants Cameron to live with Grams but it would be just like Sarah to swoop in and take him from Grams. She starts to get hysterical. Jason tells her to calm down. He reassures her that someone will find them. They’ve got air and he doesn’t feel heat so he’s pretty sure the building’s not on fire. They wonder if everyone got out okay. Jason blames himself for not being fast enough. Elizabeth grunts a little because the baby kicks her. She puts his hand on her belly to feel the kicking. She then admits to him that the baby is his, not Lucky’s.
