THE FOLLOWING TAKES PLACE BETWEEN 4:00PM-5:00PM.
tick-tick…tick-tick…tick-tick…

Metro Court – Lobby
Sam composes herself and comes back to talk to Kelly. Kelly says that not being able to carry a child doesn’t mean that Sam can’t be a mother. She suggests a surrogate. Sam says that she and Jason aren’t ready for another woman to carry their baby.

Bridge Over The River Charles
Jason doesn’t want to put pressure on Elizabeth. She asks he thought what he’d do if that baby was his. He admits he did. She says she can’t go back to Lucky after all he did. They both agree that they don’t regret their night together. Jason tells her that she’s strong and will survive.

Not Starbucks – Sonny’s Office
Alexis comes in to see Sonny. He asks her what he needs and then tells her to make it quick. She tells him that when he says that, it makes her want to talk slower. She wants to talk about the testimony at the custody hearing. Sonny says he’s somewhat busy right now. Alexis says she took a cab over because she was too tired to drive so that should give him some indication of how serious she is. Sonny promises that he’ll be the most even tempered, charming person ever. She says she should’ve never picked a fight with Ric. Sonny tells her not to assume she’ll lose or else she will. Ric comes busting in, with Lucky in tow, to execute a search warrant to search for pot. Sonny laughs. Alexis rolls her eyes.

Q Mansion – Den
Alan’s on his PDA. Dillon eyes it. Edward reminds everyone that they have to put on a united front at the charity benefit tonight. Luke walks in. The Qs walk out. Why is Alice dressed up to go the charity event? Luke asks if Tracy missed him. Tracy asks if his first stop was to her or Laura? Luke came home to her first and wonders if they’re still married. She confirms they’re still married but wonders why he went through all the trouble of staying married to her? Luke says that, as much as he loves Laura, he can’t be with her. Tracy is unhappy that he “settled” for Tracy. He doesn’t see it that way. She tells him to explain it to her but he spots Lulu first.

GH – 4th Floor
Robin can’t believe Patrick won’t take the test right away. Patrick says that if he is HIV+, his viral load is so low that he doesn’t need to be on the protocol right away. Robin says he’s acting as if he’s already been diagnosed positive. Patrick asks if she listens when he talks. He wants to leave room for uncertainty. Robin gets mad and tells him she won’t let him spit in the face of the people who died before the protocol became standard. She tells him that if he doesn’t get tested again now, she’s breaking it off with him. Patrick can’t believe it. Robin won’t stand by him through this type of ignorance.

Shadybrook
Nikolas and Emily visit with Laura. Scotty brings daisies and, seeing Nikolas and Emily through the window, hides until they leave. He goes in to talk with Laura. He apologizes for not protecting her well enough. Luke comes to the room, pauses for a moment and is about to go in when Lainey stops him to talk. Scotty hears this and and ducks out. Luke says he spent some time with Dr. LeGrasse in Paris. He goes in to see Laura and notices the daisies. He’s glad to see she’s had visitors.

Q Mansion – Den
Luke and Lulu hug. She updates him on the Nikolas/Spencer/Helena sitch. Tracy tells hi to apologize to his daughter for leaving. Luke asks Lulu if that’s what she needs from him. She says no, that she realizes everyone needs to grieve in his or her own way. She invites him to be her date for the charity event, but he declines. She leaves to get ready. Tracy can’t believe that not only has Lulu forgiven him, she’s making excuses for his behavior. Luke asks if they’re talking about his relationship with Lulu or their relationship. She says she’s love to hear what he has to say. Luke says he likes being Mr. Tracy. She pushes him to the edge of his boundaries and she challenges him. He’ll stay married to her until she decides otherwise. Tracy has nothing to stay. Luke walks out. Tracy struggles to keep her composure.

Not Starbucks – Café
Sonny stand at the counter, while Alexis sits and drinks coffee. Both wait while Lucky and uniformed officer search shop. Lucky says no drugs have been found. Sonny tells him to check the wheat grass. Alexis giggles. Ric looks less than pleased. Jason comes in and asks what’s going on. Sonny tells him. Ric says he had reason to believe there might be drugs on the premises since Alexis was busted for possession and Sonny’s a known mobster. Jason asks Lucky if this is his job, to harass a woman with cancer because Ric tells him to. Lucky argues that the warrant was legit, so he had to execute it, regardless of his feelings. Sonny tells Lucky that all Ric wanted to do was upset Sonny, but it didn’t so he needs to get out. Alexis wants to talk to Ric alone. Lucky and Cop leave. Sonny and Jason go to the office. Alexis tells Ric that he’s won their sad little war so be gracious in his defeat for Molly’s sake. He can have unrestricted access to Molly. Ric says no. He is sorry that Alexis has cancer and he wishes he could something to ease her pain, but Molly’s better off with him. He’s not sick, he’s not enthralled with Sonny. Oh, I beg to differ. Ric is just enthralled the opposite. He couldn’t get the love he needed, so he went towards hatred. What’s going to happen in the future when the 2 sisters fight because their fathers hate each other? He leaves.

Not Starbucks – Sonny’s Office
Sonny doesn’t like the way Ric’s treating Alexis. Jason agrees but says that Alexis is going to have to fight that on her own. He wants Sonny to give Carly the divorce. Sonny apologizes for lying to him. Jason asks why he lied. Sonny says it was the only way he could think of to get through to Carly. Jason wants the passport but Sonny says he’ll make it right with Carly and give it to her himself.

GH – 4th Floor
Patrick’s in a pissy mood and takes it out on Epiphany. She puts him back in his place. Noah walks in on their staredown and asks what’s going on. Epiphany says that Patrick clearly has issues with Robin he needs to work through and suggests a shrink. She leaves. Patrick says he should write Epiphany up for insubordination. Dude, I triple dog dare you. You would get your testicles ripped off without anesthesia and handed back to you on a plate. Noah says Epiphany’s not wrong though. Patrick says Robin dumped him because of the HIV test. Noah asks if Patrick’s positive. Patrick says he’s not sure. Noah manages to talk some sense into Patrick and get the test taken again. In a completely unrelated note, Dr. Tuvok was paged in the background.

These next couple of parts might be out of sequence but I wanted to keep them together because they happen at the Metro Court.

Alcazar’s Car Since when does he drive his own car?
Alcazar’s telling Skye about CJC and the safeguards in place when he gets dizzy and a headache.

Metro Court – Lobby Area

  • Sam’s waiting by the front door when Elizabeth comes in. Sam tells her that Lucky called and he’ll be late. Elizabeth thanks her. She notices Sam’s not quite right and asks if she’s ok. Sam tells her that Elizabeth has what Sam most wants in life and she’s not appreciative of it. You have a life growing inside of you and you’re making no effort to share it with the baby’s father. Elizabeth tells Sam to mind her business since she doesn’t know what she’s talking about at all. Sam tells Elizabeth she’s tired of the holier-than-thou attitude Elizabeth has and wonders what the difference is between what they each did this summer. Except Sam is sorry for sleeping with Ric. Is Elizabeth even sorry she slept with Jason? I **really** hate Sam. So much! Maxie sees them talking.
  • Carly fills Bobbie in on the whole Sonny sitch. She loves Jax but Sonny won’t leave her alone. Bobbie wonders what happens now. Carly’s not sure. She says that if Sonny had come to her from an honest place, she’d have gone back to him.
  • Alcazar wonders why CJC is still hanging around. CJC says he’s got a lot of money, not to mention his life, riding on the conclusion of this little deal so he’s decided to take over.
  • Alan and Robin talk about Patrick’s decision to hold off taking the HIV test. Alan reminds Robin that she did the same thing with Stone. Robin realizes he’s right. She put off the test to avoid having to tell Stone if she was positive. She feels bad that she yelled at Patrick instead of being supportive. I’m sorry but there’s a big difference between putting of an AIDS test because you want to hold on to hope a little while longer that you’re not and putting of an AIDS test so that you won’t have to give the 1st great love of your life a guilt trip before he dies of a debilitating disease. I don’t fault Patrick his reaction because he’s human but he’s still being an ass.
  • Maxie tells Sam she noticed some tension between Sam and Elizabeth. Sam doesn’t say anything. She tells Sam that if she’s got info that will knock Elizabeth off her pedestal, give it to her and she’ll run with it.
  • Nikolas and Emily show up and apologize to Elizabeth for being late. Lucky calls Elizabeth to tell her he’ll be late.
  • Lulu tells Dillon that Luke’s home. He knows, he was there for the grand entrance. He shows her Alan’s PDA lying on the settee. Lulu manages to get Alan’s PDA away from him and hand it off to Spinelli. Alan finds Lulu and asks why she stole it and gave it to Spinelli. She asks why he killed Rick Webber and framed Laura for it?
  • Max talks to Father Ruiz. He says that Fr. Ruiz isn’t on the guest list for the charity benefit so he doesn’t understand why he’s hanging around. He also mentions that Manny terrorized a lot of folks who will be at the benefit so Fr. Ruiz isn’t welcome.
  • Sonny comes in, sees Max, walks up to Carly. He gives her his passport and says he appreciates what she did for him. He’s sorry he lied and took advantage of her loyalty.
  • Outside, Patrick’s on his way to the Metro Court and bumps into Spinelli. He gets a call and heads back to the hospital.
  • Also outside, CJC pulls a black ski mask over his face. He whistles and several henchman (and a henchwoman) congregate near him. He says this will be quick and clean, 5 minutes, and if anyone gets in the way, kill them. They then burst into the lobby.
