Recaplet for Wednesday, October 18, 2006.
Alexis is having a bad chemo day.
Ric makes separate offers to Lucky and Elizabeth.
Patrick and Robin kiss a lot and get interrupted by Epiphany a lot.

Metro Court
Jax proposes a trip to visit Alexis. Carly asks why. Jax wants to ask Alexis to be his Best Man. Carly doesn’t want Alexis anywhere near her wedding. Alexis hates her and will do everything in her power to stop the wedding. Jax reminds Carly that they both come with baggage. Flexibility is a part of marriage.

Kelly’s Diner
Lulu tells Maxie that Lucky doesn’t want her. Maxie says she’s not like Lulu, she’d never have an abortion. Maxie’s got her own take on what happened with the whole Dillon/Georgie/Diego thing. She bags on all of them for different things and then leaves. Lulu apologizes to Georgie for setting Maxie off and reassures her that she doesn’t want Dillon. Georgie says that Maxie’s just hurting and wants everone to hurt as bad as she does. Lulu leaves after Dillon assures her that Maxie’s crazy. Georgie ignores Dillon for the rest of the night. Dillon finally calls her on it and she wonders if Maxie isn’t right. Maybe Georgie is being stupid and not seeing what’s going on. Dillon defends Lulu all the time. Dillon explains that he and Lulu now have a shared experience so that’s always going to be there but that he loves Georgie.

GH
Elizabeth wants to know what Ric heard. Cruz tells her that he and Ric heard everything. She’s worried that Ric will tell Lucky but then wonders why Ric would want to tell Lucky. Cruz says that he wanted to give her a heads up. He says that Ric destroyed the tapes so Elizabeth is okay on that end. He thinks she should tell Lucky.

Room of Delusions and Druggies
Ric tells Lucky he’s seen Elizabeth and that she looks tired. Lucky says that Elizabeth’s pregnant. Ric knows, that’s why he’s there. Ric offers Lucky his job back for Elizabeth’s sake. But if Lucky does anything to hurt Elizabeth, Ric will rip Lucky’s world apart.

Elm Street Pier
Jason can’t change anything. All they can do is move forward. He’s told Sam what he wants; now it’s up to her. She says that she’s thought about her options: be the perfect daughter, hop a friggate and sail north; but in her heart she always chooses him. Sam says that the path back to each other won’t be easy. Jason knows. He says he’ll start by saying that if he is the dad, he wants to be in the baby’s life. Sam says that she apologized to Elizabeth. Sam and Jason agree to take it one step at a time. Jason’s phone rings; it’s Lucky. He wants to talk to Jason about Elizabeth. Jason looks concerned.

GH
Patrick surprises Robin. She plants kisses all over him. He notices that she has 2 bracelets on. Ephiphany breaks up their kissy-poo: “are we in the supply closet? no.” hee. They discuss Dr. Legrasse’s treatment for Laura. They start to kiss again and Epiphany breaks them up again. “Still not the supply closet,” she tells them as she hands Patrick a patient’s chart. The patient only wants to see Patrick. Patrick goes to meet with the patient, Mr. Williams, who says he wants Patrick as his primary doctor because he heard about how he fared with April. Mr. Williams knows that Patrick’s not afraid to treat patients with HIV. Patrick returns to the nurses’ station and tells Robin what happened. Robin is proud of him and goes to kiss him again. Epiphany interrupts again with another HIV/AIDS patient chart.

Lake House
Alexis crashed out on the couch, not feeling so hot. Jax and Carly come by to tell her about their engagement. Jax starts to ask her to be Best Man, but she gets sick and runs to the bathroom. Jax asks Carly to go check on her. Carly says that it would humiliate Alexis for Carly to see her weak, but when Jax says he’ll do it, Carly says she’ll do it. Carly escorts Alexis out of the bathroom and Jax gets her situated on the couch. He wants to know why she’s alone. Where are her husband and daughter? She tells him that she was feeling fine this morning so she told them to go out and do stuff. Jax asks her again to be his “Best Man” and says they’ll plan their wedding around her chemo. Alexis sneaks a look at Carly and Carly smiles and nods. Sam returns home and Jax accosts her. Alexis tells him that he needs to stop so he apologizes but then sort of takes the apology back as he jumps on her again that Sam should’ve been there. Sam starts to apologize to Alexis but Alexis tells her it’s okay and that she needs to talk to Jax alone. Sam and Carly go out on to the porch. Jax wants to know where Ric is. Alexis says that it’s better that she doesn’t see Ric right now. Jax wants to know why but all Alexis will say is that she’s trying to forgive him his shortcomings.

GH/Metro Court
Ric takes Elizabeth to lunch. He says he wants to help her and her kids out. She, naturally, is suspicious. She says she’s okay and that he should focus on Alexis. He opens up a little to Elizabeth and says that sometimes Alexis is a hard woman to help. He then says that Elizabeth is pregnant by a man she can’t rely on but she can rely on him.

Room of Delusions and Druggies
Jason drops by to see Lucky. Lucky wants to make amends. He’s taking responsibility for his actions. He apologizes for trying to frame jason and that he’s glad that Jason’s been there as support for Elizabeth. Jason looks very uncomfortable. He says that if Lucky needs forgiveness, then Jason will give it to him. Lucky mentions that Ric was there and gave him his old job back.

Later, Maxie shows up. She tells Lucky that Mac knows and is mad. She wants to know if Lucky will love this baby as much as she does. She tries to convince him that they can all be a family but he says it won’t happen. She tries to hug him, but Lulu comes in and tells her to get away from him.

The Penthouse
Elizabeth comes in, turns on the music, and asks Jason to dance with her. While they’re dancing, she tells him his place might be bugged. He says he had Security do a sweep so the place is clean and she tells him that Ric knows that he’s the Maybe Daddy™.

Lake House
While Jax and Alexis talk inside, Sam and Carly are outside. Sam wonders if she shouldn’t have snuck out to meet Jason. Carly says it’s good that she’s meeting with Jason because Elizabeth can’t be trusted. Sam says no, she and Elizabeth are okay. Carly says not to underestimate Elizabeth. Ric overhears this as he coming home and wants to know what they’re talking about. Carly shoots back that Ric must not care that his wife’s going through chemo and feeling like hell.
