Lulu tells Carly that Dillon wants her to have the baby so she’s going to do it. She feels conflicted because everyone’s telling her what to do and it’s just easier for her to listen to them than to figure it out on her own. Lulu leaves Carly’s place and heads back to the Q mansion, where she runs into Dillon. They discuss the statistics of teen pregnancy (way to sneak in some helpful and useful factoids, writers!). Edward comes in and wants to finalize the legal details concerning the baby. He pulls out papers for Lulu to sign which will give Dillon full custody of the baby after it’s born. Lulu is shocked that Edward already has papers drawn up considering she just decided to keep the baby. Dillon tells her that she was saying how she wasn’t ready to be a mom so this is just one less thing she’d have to worry about if she signed the papers. Lulu seems resigned to signing the papers but then Luke walks in. She’s shocked to see him. Best line of the show (said by Luke): “I heard you were facing lions, baby. I thought you could use a whip and a chair.”
Edward tells Luke to go back to wherever it was he came from. Luke wants to know if Dillon just always sits there silently while Edward makes the decision. Dillon says he wants what’s best for the baby and if that means accepting Edward’s help, then that’s what he’ll do. Luke asks Lulu what she wants and she confesses that she’s not sure she wants the baby. Dillon starts to remind her of her decision but Luke tells him to shut up. Luke tells Lulu that she should forget about everyone else and what they think and figure out what she wants. Anyone who tries to bully her will have to go through him. He then kicks Dillon and Edward out of the room. Lulu and Luke hug and she tells him that she’s glad he’s there.

Sonny comes home to find Luke raiding his liquor cabinet. He finds out from Sonny that Lulu’s pregnant. Luke is floored by the news and more so by the fact that Dillon is the father. Which, can I just say, ewww? I mean, I know they’re not biologically related and they didn’t grow up together but Lulu’s Dad is Luke and Dillon’s Mom is Tracy and Luke and Tracy are married. Luke says that he and Laura were always upfront with their kids about sex and so Lulu wouldn’t have gotten pregnant by accident so it must have been on purpose. He’s not sure what to do. He tells Sonny that this would be Laura’s department. He realizes that he needs to go find Lulu so he leaves Sonny’s place and heads to Carly’s. Carly won’t tell him what Lulu said to her and she starts to get worked up but he calms her down by saying he just wants to know what his little girl is thinking. [I just love that Luke calls Carly by her real name "Caroline" just like he calls Bobbie "Barbara Jean."] Carly tells Luke that Lulu was thinking about an abortion but that the Q’s and Dillon were pressuring her to have the baby so Lulu gave in and agreed to have the baby. But that Lulu is having second thoughts because she doesn’t want the baby to be like her, unwanted and unloved. Luke asks Carly what advice Carly gave to Lulu. Carly says that she couldn’t have an abortion because she loves her boys so much. Revisionist history there! When Carly got pregnant by AJ while married to Tony, she almost had an abortion. In fact, she was in the clinic but then decided that making Tony think he was the father was a better idea. That didn’t work out so well and I’m not sure how she managed to get the Q’s to give up their claim on Michael so that Sonny could adopt him.Luke leaves and heads over to the Q mansion.

Sam shows up on Jason’s doorstep, telling him that she’s willing to go back on her promise to Alexis not to get back together with Jason if Jason can forgive her for sleeping with Ric (or Rick? whatever). She yells at him to tell her if he can forgive her and he yells back at her that Ric is not only his enemy but Alexis’ husband as well and Sam let him put his hands all over her. Sam tries to explain that she did it to punish herself because Jason had dumped her and Alexis had called her trash. Yeah, whatever Sam. I feel no sympathy for you whatsoever. Jason tells her that he pushed her out of his life to save her because he loved her and that he’s willing to take responsibility for setting things in motion but that he can’t forgive her for sleeping with Ric. He wants to try to move past it but he doesn’t know how. He says that he loved Robin but that when she told everyone that AJ was Michael’s father, he couldn’t love her anymore. He says that he loved Carly, but then she slept with Sonny. And now another woman has betrayed him. Carly says that she would never sleep with Ric again and asks Jason if he would ever be with Elizabeth again. Jason says that they were both just seeking comfort for one night. Sam says that it hurt her that he slept with Elizabeth, even though she has no right to feel hurt. She asks how he feels about Elizabether and he tells Sam that Elizabeth’s a friend. She asks how he feels about her and he says that he doesn’t trust himself; that he can put down the anger but that if he doesn’t he’ll lose Sam forever. Sam suggests that they not try to hold on to their love; that they take the 2 years of wonderful memories they have and not ruin it by trying to save their love. She gives him his ring back and says that maybe he’ll put it back on her finger someday. He takes the ring and they hug. Sonny comes in, saying he needs Jason to go to Buenos Aires. Sam leaves and goes to the hospital. Jason prepares to leave and puts a picture of him and Sam inside his passport.

At the hospital, Ric find out the results of Alexis’ biopsy. He goes to Alexis’ room and they make small talk about orchids before Ric finally tells her the results: only 2 lymph nodes were clean, the rest are infected. He says he’ll be there with her in the meeting with her doctor. Alexis says that the doctor will tell her chemo is her best option and she’ll have to choose to either be sick and bald or let the cancer spread in what little time she has left with her daughters. Rick tells her that she’s not terminal. When she asks him what he’d do, he says he’s choose the 3rd option: hope. Alexis wants to know when she can leave the hospital. Ric says that she’s at risk for pneumonia so not for another couple days. Sam knocks on the door, and Alexis wants to talk to her so Rick leaves. Alexis tells Sam that the cancer is there and Sam tells Alexis that they have to fight the cancer.

Elizabeth realizes that she might be preganant because of the faulty condoms so she goes home early with a pregnancy kit, only to be surprised by Lucky, coming home from an NA meeting. He was supposed to go into the precinct after the meeting but spilled coffee on himself. Elizabeth manages to hide the pregnancy test and gets Lucky a new shirt. They argue over Lulu and then over Lucky’s refusal to go to rehab. Lucky storms out and Elizabeth grabs the pregnancy test. She remembers the night she spent with Jason while she waits for the test results, which end up being positive. You know who else had sex? Lucky and Maxie (or is it Georgie? I keep getting the Scorpio girls mixed up), Ric and Sam, and Robin and Patrick. How much do we wanna bet that at least one of those couples will end up being preggars too? My money’s on Robin because she was just talking about her biological clock ticking.

Jax buys Michael and Mason toy dinosaurs, which pisses Carly off because she feels like he’s trying to get to her through her kids. He dismisses that, saying that he likes her kids so he’s not trying to buy their love to get to her.
